Languages: English, Spanish first language.My BiographyTania Molina is an expert in international relations, public administration and private initiatives. Graduated in International Relations from the University of El Salvador with a Master's degree in Political Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a Diploma in Business Management and Entrepreneurship From Algonquin College, Canada. Her first professional experience was in hospitality and tourism, giving a leap of quality to the family business Travel Mall with her training and leadership. In 2009 she began her career in the Public Administration as Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of El Salvador. She coordinated the activities of the ministerial branch and acted as a liaison between the chancellery and the diplomatic corps. In 2013 she took over as an Advisor to the Secretary-General of the Central American Integration System. She conscripted important initiatives on regional cooperation, institutional communications, and women's empowerment. In 2017 she was appointed as El Salvador's Ambassador to Canada. She promoted three key initiatives: the revival of the temporary worker's program, the air navigation agreement, and the return of Canada's bilateral cooperation to El Salvador. She currently provides her expertise as Senior Director of International at Native Women’s Association of Canada.
