The relationship with my customers starts during the pre-sales cycle, sharing our value-added services and activities. Once the sales cycle is completed I keep a regular oversight and communication delivering a pro-active and unique service to ensure customer success and adoption of our solution and together build, develop and implement strategies that encourage full adoption, driving ongoing optimization with a high focus on customer value and ensure executive alignment and measurement of success criteria. I serve as voice of the customer for SAP as well as the focal point for engaging the right resources internally within SAP, following the customer through their life cycle with SAP.I have regular dialogue with HR as well with IT, usually on the C-level, whenever is needed, providing Value Added Services and solutions that concentrate on best practices and optimizing functionality and other services available to our customers.
