Supported and work with the Hotel Operations Manager based on the shore office and the Hotel Director onboard. Oversaw that the guest information was accurately delivered and used onboard. Communicated corporate goals to the onboard Hotel Director and support the position to make the team reach the results. Registered all the onboard requirements for thehotel operation to run smoothly and communicated those needs to the corporate team when out of the budget. Followed up on guest ratings with the onboard Hotel Director and actions that needed to be taken on. Supported Hotel Operations Manager on interviewing need candidates.

Created written, visual and live training material for new associates, for all hotel operation: Hotel Director, Housekeeping, Dining Room, Bar, Hotel Stores and Galley. Organized training on board and shore schedules. Performed specialized training projects according to associates performance results. Coordinated with Human Resources and refreshed guidelines for every hotel position.Welcomed new associates and trained them on the shore office operation and then spent two weeks onboard with them until they could perform their position by themselves.

Organize and coordinate all onboard entertainment activities with the on-island guidance department to meet the corporate schedule. Supervising the Housekeeper and that all in-suite requirements were in place at the right time.
