The bulk of my career was spent at a social enterprise called, ME to WE. As Manager, Product Innovation, I oversaw the entire value chain of our travel programs, from engaging with and co-creating programming with indigenous community members, vetting suppliers, to facilitating the experiences on the ground. 🎓During my MBA at IESE Business School in Barcelona, I was a Forte Fellow and received a scholarship for Social Impact Leadership. I was the President of Doing Good Doing Well, the largest student-run conference on sustainability in Europe, Executive Vice President of the Retail, Luxury & Consumer Goods Club, and part of IESE’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.👟 During my MBA Internship at Adidas, I led a project that would define the functional operating model for sustainability teams among global cross-functional offices, increasing operational excellence and efficiency. 💪🏼Currently, I am supporting small-scale start-ups with a social purpose: I serve as an operations and business transformation lead, building their operational models, reporting cadence, metrics and measurement framework as well as, managing ongoing strategic projects in change management and sustainability. 🔍 I am seeking opportunities in the retail and consumer goods sector, with focuses on social impact measurement and strategy, ESG reporting, business transformation and project management. I am looking to lean into the mess and make tangible and measurable impact.
