I am an experienced professional with a career path between academia and industry (biotech and pharmaceutical). Passionate about science, innovation and continuous learning, one of my strengths is my multidisciplinary background in fields like the development and characterization of sustainable bio-based materials, plant biotechnology, molecular biology or microbiology. Over the years I have participated in several R&D projects, integrating multidisciplinary teams that have allowed me to gain expertise in the design, execution and management of R&D projects.Additionally, as innovation manager at a biotech company, I was responsible for promoting and implementing a knowledge-based innovation policy and for successfully obtained the certification of the R&D+I management system (NP 4457:2007).I describe myself as a proactive, resilient and flexible person, with creative and critical thinking, organizational and teamwork skills.
