Conducted a longitudinal mixed-methods evaluation of the 12th grade Civics and Personal Finance Pilot Curricula in combination with the district-wide Student Voice Leadership Initiative as funded by Chase and the Spencer Foundation. Conducted an evaluation of the World Language Assessment program utilizing STAMP and NOELLA in 91 CPS schools; culminating with a comprehensive report of recommendations for the Board of Ed. Designed and implemented several grant-funded evaluation projects from ISBE and the Federal State Department, including: Art and Academics Together for Effective Education, Mandarin and Arabic StarTalk, and the Chinese Study Abroad program.

Designed two three-year quasi-experimental design projects to test the effectiveness of two after school programs for students with English as their second language Acted as “Evaluation Coach” to support program and school personnel in the collection of information to satisfy several funders’ requirements, including Artist in Residency Program Developed an automated data collection, analysis, and reporting system for community workers to manage their own evaluation needs. Dr. Tania Rempert Founded PIE in 2001, when she began evaluation consulting for non-profit organizations throughout Chicago who were going through the accreditation process. This process required organizations to have an evaluation system in place, and with her background in social work and understanding of adult learning and organizational capacity building, Dr. Rempert took a participatory approach. This approach has been honed and systematized into what we now refer to as “evaluation coaching” (Ensiminger, Kallemey, Rempert, Polanin & Wade, 2015; Wade, Kallemeyn, Ensiminger, Baltman & Rempert, 2016)).

Facilitated a work group of 24 grantee organizations to determine the best way for grantees to measure, track, and report outcomes using common evidence-based tools.•Assisted foundation in developing a data collection tool to aggregate outcomes and training staff members in its use.•Acted as evaluation coach to a group of 41 grantees (Why News Matters and Family Health) who require more individualized intense help implementing a systematic evaluation system.•Coordinated four evaluation coaches in four funding locations providing services nationally.
