CurrentWorking within the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion to embed equity by approaching the organization from a systems perspective to take the work beyond an "equity program" into cultural transformation. Role requires thoughtful coordination and planning in partnership with executives, divisions, and departments across the organization. Orchestration of Change Team members who are the eyes and ears on-the-ground, and developing team capacity to operationalize ongoing structural changes that benefit the overall organizational culture, community, and effectiveness.- Provide strategic coaching for executives and individual contributors to help deepen understanding and application of equity to operations- Regularly deliver transparent status briefings to elected Commissioners, executives, and senior leadership- Manage and facilitate training and direction of Port's cross-functional and cross-hierarchical equity advocates (Change Team), increasing engagement over two years by 46%- Created an enterprise-level system to measure, track, and report on progress towards equity goals- Lead staff responsible for maintaining tracking and reporting systems- Drafted and implemented individual EDI performance metrics in performance management system- Produced and refined process for developing department-level equity goals across the organization- Designed and deployed annual survey to determine employee perceptions on inclusion and belonging to measure impact of collective equity efforts- Partner closely with HR to leverage and align programs across employee resource groups, leadership development offerings, and EDI change management efforts
