As a life coach and certified personal trainer together with certifications in nutrition, yoga, chair fitness, breathing and movement, Pilates and meditation, I am able to help you map out a path that will eliminate the obstacles that stop you from achieving the healthy lifestyle you desire. With exercise and nutrition being the focal point of my passion I am constantly taking courses and training in these areas. I have completed certifications in Lifestyle and Weight management, Nutrition Coaching, and I am a Canfitpro certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition & Weight Loss Specialist. I am currently studying to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner. I am also a Certified Life Coach with the Certified Coaches Federation.Because I am passionate about health and wellness, I am constantly attending training, workshops and courses dedicated to my passion.Annually, I take a two week retreat to a yoga ashram for personal rejuvenation and continued learning.
