I am a leader in product operations and business strategy with a passion for solving complex challenges and delivering organizational impact.Working at a smaller organization (with big potential), I have stretched and grown in a variety of ways that have driven success for our products, including; negotiating multi-million dollar media licensing deals, leading the buildout of a scaled product operations for two new business lines, and overhauling our software development process to be more agile and transparent. My passion for driving changes create product success has positioned me to lead a number of strategic initiatives at Findaway, culminating in the launch of our Digital Operations team in 2019 under my leadership.
