Recruitment and selection of various Brand.Assisting line managers in the recruitment process through interview guides, test results, reference results and general feedback.Deal with all aspects of recruitment administration. Work with the training department to develop new/customize existing training programmes to meet with the needs of the organization.Present training programmes to employees when required.Assist the line managers with the implementation of performance management through training, coaching and administrative support.Facilitate dispute resolution that may be required to settle differences resulting from the performance appraisals.Provide administrative support in archiving performance appraisal results.Act as counselors to staff by hearing and attempting to resolve the problems of staff members within the workplace.Provide basic Industrial Relations advice to managers within the company, ensuring procedural and substantive fairness in all disciplinary matters.Assisting line managers in representing the company at the CCMA when labour issues are referred to this forum.

Staff Administartion:Maintain CV’s Database.Maintain staff files and filing system.Typing and sending of employment confirmation letters.Telephonic confirmations of employment.Management of Staff Information List/HR SystemAbsconsions – Send absconsion letters per registered mail and schedule hearings. Send final absconsion letter.Fill in and fax UIF documents to staff at relevant stores for either maternity leave or terminations.Assist in reconciling stock and keeping track of distributed uniforms for various pick 'n pay stores.Assist in placing of orders for equipment, uniforms, stationery and miscellaneous.Filing of all processed documentation.
