Tanika is responsible for supporting Exelon's top executives in their individual and collective engagement with customers, Exelon team members, and key stakeholders in the energy sector and the business community. Working closely with partners across the Public Policy and External Affairs (PPEA) teams, the communications/Corporate Affairs team, and leaders and strategists throughout Exelon, Tanika will help shape, support and share Exelon's expertise and thought leadership on topics important to the company's customers, the communities it serves and the industry.Tanika is a strong writer, communicator, storyteller and strategist, and a collaborative team leader. She is an experienced client and program/project manager, adept at working with myriad personalities, organizational cultures, complicated material, multiple overlapping projects, high-pressure deadlines and high expectations.Tanika is vice president of the board at The Green School of Baltimore, a public charter committed to providing a quality education and nurturing environment for city children. She also serves as secretary of the board of Elev8 Baltimore, a nonprofit initiative working to ensure that Baltimore’s middle grade students (5-8) succeed in school and in life. She serves on the communications and marketing committee of the Board of the Reginald F. Lewis Museum. And she is a member of the Jack and Jill of America, Baltimore Chapter. She is immediate past president of the board of the Baltimore Urban Debate League, which uses debate to improve educational and life outcomes for underserved students in the city. Tanika is a magna cum laude graduate of Howard University in Washington D.C., and lives in Baltimore with her husband and three children.
