Mental Health Advocate I started my career in Mental Health as a Trainee Counsellor with a Positive Psychology Clinic and was involved in providing Life Skill Training and Counselling Services to students. Later, I worked as an I/O Psychologist in a Logistics Firm. My work involved conducting Employee Engagement Activities, Corporate Counselling Sessions and other HR duties. Currently, I am a passionate School Counselor and a Remedial Educator dedicated to empowering students to reach their full potential facilitating their personal and academic growth. My approach combines a deep understanding of counseling techniques with specialized remedial teaching methods, ensuring that every student receives tailored guidance. I am committed to fostering a positive learning environment and make a lasting impact on the lives of the students I work with, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed academically and thrive emotionally.I also provide online counselling sessions to adults suffering from anxiety, depression, stress and other mental health conditions.With 6 years of experience in school counselling and 8 years of overall experience in Mental Health Care I have honed my skills in providing individualized support to people facing academic, socio-emotional and behavioural challenges. My particular interest lies in understanding neurodivergence in academia and at workplace.
