•Assists CFO with capital call and distribution allocation calculations and notices•Assists administrators in preparation of quarterly unaudited financial statements in accordance with GAAP•Prepares capital account statements for private equity Limited Partners•Provides support to external auditors in connection with year end audits and tax returns•Closely monitors cash use and cash flow of private equity firm

• Processes multi-state, bi-weekly payroll for approximately 2000+ exempt, non-exempt, and commission employees.• Processes month-end Intercompany FX entries for North American countries • Invoices between intra-entities for monthly, quarterly, yearly transactions. • Reconciles sales tax for all 50 states including working with external source to file sales tax returns.

• Process quarterly intercompany transactions• Prepare and distribute the monthly worldwide intercompany reconciliation• Prepare MSTR’s investment and cash reports on a weekly and monthly basis• Review monthly bank and merchant fees, focusing on the optimization of bank costs• Reconcile sales tax accounts and coordinate with outside service provider for indirect tax compliance (e.g. domestic sales and use taxes)• Prepare estimated payments, extensions, annual reports, property tax returns, and business licenses

• Prepares and assists the development of financial management reports. • Reconciles over 40 client bank accounts on a monthly basis• Prepares tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.• Responsible for managing diverse financial documentation.• Processes vendor invoices and maintains accurate accounting records.
