As a key team member at AZIZI Developments, my primary responsibilities include:•AGENT ACTIVATION AND PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: Spearhead the onboarding of new real estate agents and companies within the designated country, effectively promoting and marketing AZIZI Developments' properties and projects.•TRAINING AND PRESENTATION Deliverables: Conduct comprehensive project training sessions and presentations, equipping potential agents and real estate companies with essential marketing tools and information about AZIZI Developments and the Agency Department's services.•RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with existing agents and real estate companies to foster ongoing business partnerships and ensure sustained collaboration.•LEAD CONTACT COORDINATION: Function as the principal point of contact for all inquiries and matters pertaining to agents and real estate firms in the designated territory.•SALES EVENT ORGANIZATION: Plan and execute impactful sales events to enhance market presence and drive engagement in the designated region.•MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS: Conduct thorough market research to gather valuable insights into current market conditions and trends, facilitating informed decision-making.•DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Efficiently manage and resolve any disputes or issues encountered by agents and real estate companies, escalating complex matters to the team leader as necessary.•PERFORMANCE REPORTING: Prepare and present detailed monthly and weekly reports on the performance and activity levels of agents and real estate companies.•SENIOR MANAGEMENT REPORTING: Regularly report to the Senior Manager regarding the performance, activities, and achievements of agents and real estate companies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position allows me to leverage my experience in relationship management, strategic planning, and market analysis, contributing significantly to the growth of AZIZI Developments.

• Helping clients & investors achieve their objectives, optimizing their portfolios, and ensuring the successful execution of transactions while maintaining relationships with HNIs.• Supervising financial aspects like budgeting and reporting for client accounts, emphasizing cost savings and revenue.• Engage in effective communication with senior stakeholders for Business development.• Analyse and assess the client's portfolio & market, making recommendations for optimisation, consolidation, or expansion as needed.
