In my first six months at Wingify, I was responsible for recruiting talent for key functions such as Sales, Marketing, and the Founder’s Office. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in building a 0-to-1 team for a new project. This involved identifying and hiring the right mix of professionals to lay the foundation for a high-impact team, all while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.In October 2022, I was presented with an exciting opportunity to move into an HR Operations role. In this new position, I spent the rest of my time gaining a deep understanding of the operations and compliance aspects involved in HR.
