I proficiently utilize T27 Billing Software, Adobe Acrobat Reader, & Microsoft Excel to bill Jefferson County residents efficiently and accurately for sewer usage. While also preparing the necessary invoices, I research sewer liens, and past, current, & delinquent sewer bills to fulfill payoff requests for various title companies. I facilitate and coordinate a monthly filing process for recorded and unrecorded sewer liens. I also perform calculations to accurately report and utilize Microsoft Word to prepare daily bank deposits. In recent months, I have assisted in the new billing software testing and conversion for Cogsdale’s Microsoft Dynamics GP. I have reviewed and tested case scenarios to ensure the system works properly and document all findings.
