About Tanisha Thibodaux, Phr, Shrm-Cp

While my primary experience has been in talent acquisition, I have been exposed to employee relations, talent management, and training. If I could craft my own job, I would liken it to making the perfect roux for jambalaya. You have to build a solid foundation before you haphazardly add the chicken, andouille sausage and shrimp. So what's my roux? I would mix coaching, mentoring, and training and transition those skills to higher education. I have learned so much from the corporate side and would welcome the opportunity to share that knowledge. A hybrid gig could afford me an opportunity to use my skills in a Career Services or Internship Office AND teach classes. Thanks to some great friends and mentors, I have honed my desire to be more intentional about what feeds my passions.
