Talent Acquisition Manager
Current- Responsible for monitoring and tracking employee performance, training for performance improvement, and solving employee concerns for team of (7) recruiters and (1) coordinator- Participate in monthly HR leadership meetings- Assign and monitor quarterly goals - Perform full life-cycle recruitment for niche, executive and HR positions- Create training plans for new recruiters- Responsible for assigning backfill and new requisitions; approve offers and requisition postings- Provide recommendations for sourcing of diverse talent pools and resources- Ensure compliance of OFCCP guidelines in recruiting process- Monitor team performance and regularly communicate progress to key stakeholders
