Experienced in the fields of education, race scholarship, public policy, urban studies, I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Institute on Race, Power, and Political Economy. I also serve as a Kay Fellow in the Education and Legal Studies Departments at Brandeis University and a Visiting Scholar at the Proctor Institute. I have a PhD in Public Policy and Urban Studies from The New School, and a MS in Data Visualization from Parsons School of Design. I have also completed two Master's degrees in Urban Education and Leadership, and Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities, and a Bachelor's degree in History. I have developed strong skills in curriculum development, educational leadership, staff development, data analysis, visualization, and communication. My core competencies include conducting rigorous and impactful research, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and creating innovative and inclusive solutions for complex social problems. My mission is to advance racial justice and equity through interdisciplinary scholarship and leadership, and to contribute to the transformation of policies, practices, and cultures that affect marginalized communities.
