Two years after I started my work in the application support area in Coca Cola Enterprises (already Coca Cola European Partners), I was promoted to become a Manager IT, in the Order To Cash area. This is a great opportunity for me to broaden my understanding and knowledge in the logistics and financial processes in the company. It will allow me to increase my influence over the IT support and business teams relationship and to have better visibility over the application projects deployed in my area. Some of my new responsibilities include closer communication with IT application project teams, managing people (not only remote Support teams, but now I have 1 FTE directly reporting to me in Sofia), reviewing processes and improving them.

My experience on the business side of supply chain combined with SAP knowledge in the fields of production planning and procurement are helping me in the current role within the Coca Cola Enterprises' IT organization.Within CCE I am serving as a key point of contact and liaison between business and support.Working closely with support I supervise and guide their efforts to resolve business issues and enhance the system functionalities.

Leads, directs and manages the team responsible for generating call-off purchase orders on timely baisis and in line with the inventory KPI's to achieve smooth inventory flow. Participates in the direct materials call-off process on daily baisis, maintains appropriate contact to cover in cases of absences and vacations. Provides training and support within the replenishment function. Takes part in establishing appropriate business processes and best practices with vendors and other internal stakeholders. Estblishes positive business relations. Provides accurate and timely analyses to management, makes recomendations and supervises execution.

In line with a SAP implementation project I was appointed as a Module Expert in the fields of Production Planning and Direct Material Replenishment. My major responsibilities in this role are: - Identify gaps between SAP procedures and processes versus existing business process and find solutions. Discuss and align changed business processes within the organization. - Develop process flow and process design documentation. - Assist in system configuration work and ensure appropriate testing of the future processes during unit/functional system tests, integrated tests and regression test. - Define test scenarios and develop new test cases. Help develop efficient integrated testing plan. - Train and educate end-users. Prepare them for Go-Live. - Ensure successful Go-Live and limit follow-up points beyond go-live and during the sensitive period of hyper-care.

Here are some major points i cover during my daily work as a production planner:- Prepare production plan and weekly manufacturing schedule according to Sales Forecast and requirements of Supply Chain BU. - Collect all data required for effective production planning and arrange weekly meetings for discussion, coordinating and specifying production plans. - Responsible for transferring of the production plan, the fulfilment of the production plan and the bill of materials into the manufacturing control system . - Weekly reporting, volume and production compliance reporting, coverage reporting as well as any reports preparation delegated by Finance, Supply Chain, Replenishment, Business Development or by Plant Manager - Participate in Plant’s ISO 9001, Safety & Environment, ISO 14001, Continuous Improvement, Self Assessment and any other projects, activities and audits.
