My Bid Management role has changed from controlling documents and bid production to taking ownership of large elements of the bid both in terms of writing and reviewing, and also deputising for the Bid Directors in their absence.At present, I am the Bid Manager for the South West Wales Food Treatment Project (SWW), Heads of the Valleys Food Treatment Waste Project (HOV) and Cardiff Food and Organic Waste Project.My responsibilities on all of these project include : Provision of a dedicated point of contact to the Authorities Attendance at all dialogue meetings with Local Authorities Management of the end to end process of bid submissions • Kick Off Meeting• Allocation and dissemination of responsibility matrix• Weekly Conference Calls• Review Process• Management of printers and external bid support functions• Ensuring that all submissions are in compliance with critical success factors• Control of the compilation of bid responses from all stakeholders Preparation of presentations and client facing documents Ensuring accurate notes and actions are taken and distributed to the Project Team Maintenance of the data room on which all my projects are run (eRoom) Maintenance of document control  Distribution of and collation of incoming and outgoing clarifications throughout the bidding process and competitive dialogue Responsibility for writing elements of the bid submissions
