Experienced of Handling Brand type. Will be rolling as Handling Inhouse in-out going process of Private labels Women's categories brands. Also responsible for creating customization & Designing of merchandise. Vendor communications- Mantaining daily communications regarding swatches, materials sourcing & negotiation cost price.Store Operations- Will be dealing with stores on styles & stock levels.

Currently handling the Accessories Handbags & Kids Department. As a Merchandiser I'm responsible for the Product Appearance where I manage the educational meetings & training for the staffs from the respective brand. Also analyze last year sell through and identify buying options for the forthcoming season. I work closely with the stores to determine the best products for customer needs. Also review the brands monthly and provide the performance feedback to the vendor. And use to coordinate with store team for new product launch and for additional space requirements. Also coordinate with vendors for the product finalization and with Visual Merchandiser for the mood boards concept.

Worked as a Sale Leader, where i was responsible for the growth and stock of my Sport. In decathlon I also organised sports events to analysis my surrounding catchment area. I used to present Weekly Report of my Sport performance to my coach and store leader. I was also responsible for my department inventory.

Working with Shopper Stop I learned plus experienced many new things in VM. After doing all the floor work of VM I also learned many paper works which a store VM needs to do. To look after the vendor for the props. Also learned how to change the layouts of the window & also placing attractive banners. And learned how to place an order for mannequins or some props. I did the SDM wall arrangement too Became the part of VM team of Shoppers Stop.

With Pantaloons I got opportunity to handle 3 Stores as a store VM. All I learned to set Store layouts and Brand layout. I used to note the daily observations with DM & Store Manager. Also responsible for zones which should be checked according to the SDM guidelines.

With Satyapaul, I've learned the preferences and different taste of customers. And also how to deal with them and how to handle the inventory part of merchandise. Being a part of Store Meetings I've the knowledge about the KPI's of the store. I got an opportunity to improve my managerial skills.
