No. 793/2012) from June 2018 to September 2018. the Duties and Responsibilities are followsSelecting the underprivileged mentally ill patients in the community with respect to the norms followed in the clinic to provide psychiatric as well as psychological care.Examine the patient to take case history and mental status examination to diagnose the behavioural, emotional or cognitive problems.To administrate respective psychological tests to confirm/disprove the diagnosis.Planning individually tailored interventions for each patient based on their economic& social condition and strengths & needs.Help clients work toward the maintenance and enhancement of psychological, physical, intellectual, emotional, social and interpersonal functioning.Provide support group therapy to the immediate care givers of the patients to manage their burn out and stress.To maintain follow up reports of the patient to evaluate the progress of the therapeutic interventions.Deliver classes to the volunteers of the community to work effectively with the patients.
