I manage employees on up to four production lines to ensure that both production expectations are met and quality standards are maintained. I enjoy working with customers to meet their needs and explore areas of needed improvement so both companies are able to succeed in the market. I work closely with my General Manager on new and existing projects. I assist in quoting new projects for potential customers. The Director of Quality and I work hand in hand with new customers to make their experience at WSP a pleasurable one. To help ensure that we are able to exceed customers’ expectations we have developed a new “New Customer" package. I am WSP's representative on the safety committee. As a member of the committee I help to ensure that the work environment is free of work hazards, all employees are trained and educated on work related and chemical hazards. I am always looking for ways to help the company improve new and old processes; this helps the company to strengthen its sources and allows me to grow professionally.
