Providing system training to study sites when needed and supporting project managers during the project maintenance phase. Am an initial point of contact within a project team supporting clinical study sites participating in global clinical trials using IXRS technology. This technology is used for documenting subject data, subject enrolment, randomisation, drug inventory management amongst other functions. Being a key member working within the System Management team and supporting other Almac business units when required. Provide project support for study sites and client users Maintain/ up dateany documents required for the support of the project. Manage daily inventory projections and clinical supply order requests.

Provide support to Distribution Coordinator and Depot Manager in relation to management of depot invoices, reports, pricing requests for quotation functions Receive, review and maintain invoices from 48 depots this includes quality checking invoices submitted against agreed price lists and referring to the original quotation, raising invoice descrepencies with depots and liaising with accounts to resolve balance queries. Maintaining depot to site shipments to monitor and analyse depot performances.
