The key duties and responsibilities for this position are:• Responsible for delivering digital marketing campaigns aligned to the group marketing plan• Managing the AirHop brand and ensuring consistency• Definition and management of local performance marketing campaigns driving online ticket sales• Activating digital content marketing to drive engagement, reach and sale conversion• Managing CRM campaigns as part of the overall performance marketing mix• Capturing and analysing local data on a consistent basis• Providing measurement metrics for management of the marketing activities, including LTV, CRO, Engagement measurements, resulting in full ROI management of all initiatives.• Management of local marketing budget, including agreeing local budgets with Group HQ• Activating annual promotional roadmap in line with Group marketing strategy• Assisting the park teams with local tactical initiatives

Coordination of STQC (scope, time, cost and quality) of all deliverables for the contracted project to launch “Patient Educational Materials”. This included three main products:1. Definition and vendor selection for the production and distribution of a “patient starter pack” across 32 different countries. 2. An animated web service manual translated in all 32 languages. 3. A handbook for all Health Care Professionals including a dosage calculator app also translated in all 32 languages. All material needed to be customised to be compliant with the individual country requirements of the regulatory bodies. This required a very strong and hands-on approach, including - Monitoring and influencing of supplier and team performance- Providing strategic direction and leadership through a robust project plan with risks and opportunity management, identification/anticipation of potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to prevent or address them.- Expectation management through strong two-way communication between design teams, supplier, client and stakeholders including local governments and teams from different cultures and backgrounds.

Technical Engineer involved in national projects e.g. Potsdamer Platz, Berlin (contractual value £125mil). Responsibilities include site management, compilation and verification of technical drawings, material orders, quotations and billing.Deputy IT Administrator, server administration, customer support and software training.
