- leading a team of library and technology specialists in developing Torrens Library’s digital library infrastructure, metadata services, discovery services, and digital asset management capacity.- defining and articulating the vision, strategic directions, and priorities for library systems and digital services.

Responsible for driving delivery of an outstanding teaching and research support experience to all Monash Health employees, medical students and affiliated researchers. This includes: overseeing the operations and systems that enable services provided by Monash Health Library, informing the planning and delivery of services provided through Monash Health clinical groups and working to provide an overall patron experience that is comprehensive and integrated.

Provision of research information services to academics and students in support of educational and research goals; Collaborating with academics and librarians across Biomedical departments;Focusing on student success throughout the student journey and partnering with academics to deliver academic, digital and information skills within the curriculum; Developing learning digital resources; Presenting at conferences, forums and COPs.

Delivering student workshops, with focus on academic writing, database searching and referencing. Collaborating with IT and Marketing teams on library web projects including web design and database subscriptions (setups and maintenance). Frontdesk reference service for a diverse student population.
