My very first school teacher told my parents back then: "Tanja is a boundless source of creative ideas and loves to share them with her peers; with her art and stories, she motivates us all to look at things differently.” This ability to inspire through creativity has been a constant throughout my life and career. Over time, I’ve honed the skill of communicating effectively with anyone, at any time, using storytelling and visualizing ideas to engage and inspire. With master’s degrees in both communication design and internal/ external communication, and a diverse career path, I’ve mastered the art of impactful, creative communication – at the core of great leadership and business success.In short, I am a storyteller, tribe builder, and passionate leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves going the extra mile. And I love my job! I’m fortunate to do what I excel at every day, for a cause I believe in. Through excellent internal communication, we build transparency and trust, empowering our employees to feel motivated, involved, and most importantly, proud to be part of the adidas family. Together with my rockstar team, I develop and execute global communication and employee engagement strategies for Global Brands, Global Sales, and Digital at adidas. We ensure alignment across brands, functions and channels, and enjoy working closely with our Chief Executive Officer Bjørn Gulden, our Executive Board Member Global Sales Arthur Hoeld, and our Chief Digital Officer Tobias Seemann.
