Futur F startet 2024 mit einem Leadership Programm, um Frauen dabei zu stärken ihre Wirksamkeit zu vergrößern. Dabei richtet sich das Woman for Impact Programm an Frauen oder nonbinäre Personen, die eine Führungs- oder Verantwortungsposition in den kommenden 5 Jahren anstreben und ihr Leadership stärken wollen. Dazu zählen: Gründer*innen, Frauen und Personen im (Social) Entrepreneurship, Menschen, die nach der Elternzeit wiedereinsteigen möchten, Frauen*, die ihre berufliche Situation hinterfragen und ggf. verändern möchtenFrauen*, die gesellschaftlich Verantwortung übernehmen wollenPersonen, die Chancengerechtigkeit für alle Geschlechter stärken wollen.In dem Woman for Impact Programm erfahren und vertiefen wir den Ansatz von Feminist Leadership, einem transformativen Führungsstil, der die aktuell bestehende Chancenungleichheit in unserem gesellschaftlichen System, inklusive der Arbeitswelt berücksichtigt. Daran anknüpfend werden der Fokus geschärft, Strategien angepasst und Ziele erweitert, um die Mission zu mehr Geschlechtergerechtigkeit im täglichen Handeln beizutragen. Feminist Leadership schafft den Raum, in dem jede*r die eigene Individualität wirksam einbringen und sich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln kann. Das setzt unglaublich viel Potenzial frei und gibt mir Hoffnung für die Gestaltung einer chancengerechteren und nachhaltigeren Zukunft. Neben viel Begeisterung bringe ich Transformationskompetenz, Skills in der Prozessbegleitung und viel konkret anwendbares Prinzipienwissen mit. Ich bin stolz darauf, als Mastermind das Design des Programms zu entwickeln und die inspirierende Transformation mit allen Teilnehmerinnen zu begleiten.

The goal is to raise awareness around the topic of gender equality with maximum impact. In an inspiring team, we research role models, approaches and ways to do it better. The focus of our work is to create visibility, empowerment and education as well as networking and exchange opportunities for women entrepreneurs. In doing so, we focus on people as well as organizational and societal structures. With different perspectives and combined forces we are looking for levers to make our vision of a truly equal system and everyday life more and more reality. In the end, everyone benefits from this change; we are dependent on supporting the development of the potential of as many people as possible and making it usable privately and socially.

For an equal cooperation and maximum potential development of everybody!In the Equality for Future project, we are developing educational units around the #Equality Guide in cooperation with the Angell Academy Freiburg and the Staudinger Comprehensive School, which can be used in schools in analog & digital form as well as in a low-threshold way.

Creating holistic transformation towards healthy structures and societies must include personal consciousness-raising and conscious skillset devellopment to remain present in a VUCA world. Tanja Krase studied chemistry, biology and education. As a business coach and facilitator certified by the European Business Association, she accompanies groups and individualsto uncover their own potential. She offers coaching formats based on the Transformational Leadership approach to support inner and outer change. She has developed the Modern Feminist Leadership & Self-Leadership concept for a special target group of women in positions of responsibility. Both approaches actualize the own person and the associated structures. Tanja uses an embodiment-centered coaching approach in her work. The focus is on holistic process design and the reconnection of split-off individual qualities. This development enables us in a fast-driven, highly complex and crisis-ridden world to become more responsible, joyful and impactful in a meaningful life. Based on social science principles, Tanja has developed her coaching format in over 10 years of individual coaching, group and organizational processes. Her own claim to quality lies in the continuous development towards an authentic and ever more conscious version of herself. At IFTL, Tanja Krase accompanies the training series as a co-facilitator.
