I worked at the management of health and wellbeing promotion team. I built as project online training about Human Impact Assessment (HuIA) for administrative sectors in municipalities. I learned how the impacts of decisions is a way to assess in advance how a decision that is still under preparation would affect the lives of different groups of people.
