I’m the Master of Inspiration and The Queen of Experiences – a beautiful mix when you need someone to grow your organization and solve your problems in developing. I dare to be wrong, because it’s the most powerful way to learn, build trust and show that there’s various ways to create solutions. As a team coach these are my main principles. The latest additional training made me certificated Business Therapist, which means preventing and solution-orientated coaching with different levels of organization.The most important part of my experience comes from projects with clients and teampreneur students in the fields of education, entrepreneurship, team leadership, media and health care. I prefer using tools and twists from service design, strategic foresighting and design ethnography. While I’m giving my best, I’ll challenge you to change. There’s a diverse education as my basis. The first graduation was as a sign language interpreter, the other as BBA. I finished my MBA studies spring 2014. All this gives me a huge advantage to plan, manage and coach eg. developing processes. I’m a team player who wants to build up her experience all the time, with passion and joy. This is why I educated myself to Systemic Team Coach (2020) and Business Therapist (2023) as well.At free times I need chick-lit books, good food, knitting and some exercise regularly. Two slightly bad-behaving dogs helps me to have daily mental walks.I’m one of the owners of Kolmas Persoona Ltd. Kolmas Persoona works with organizations that aim to change, develop or improve the world around them. As a team coach at TAMK Proakatemia I work with young people to coach them to be teampreneurs, team leaders and good human beings.
