- Provide import and export services to customer.- Schedule customer delivery arrangements andtrack delivery status to ensure timely arrival.- Prepare calculation for all duties and GST ofimported goods to ensure accuracy.- Provide exceptional customer services and ensurethe highest customer satisfaction by handingenquiries and resolving issues.- Liaise with Warehouse Team to ensure inventoryaccuracy.- Handle billing process, resolving any discrepanciesin the invoice.- Improve customer retention by maintaining goodrelationship with customers.

- Coordinate with operations and warehouseteams for accurate data processing.- Maintain container stuffing checklist and updatedata into WMS and SAP.- Responsible as the main liaison between internaland external parties when resolvingdiscrepancies issues.- Support warehouse operations and ensuresmooth flow of warehousing activities.- Ensure accuracy of goods & documents receivedwhen collected.
