Current• Assist in day-to-day IT application support with project support teams.• Collaborate with development teams to analyze business requirements and design enhancements for applications. Ensure that proposed enhancements align with business objectives and contribute to improved functionality and user experience.• Liaise with various stakeholders to provide weekly analysis of project progress and performance metrics. Review key metrics to assess project health, identify areas for improvement, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.• Oversee development and support teams involved in application maintenance and enhancement activities. Coordinate efforts to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on business operations.• Support in maintaining project documentation for the development teams.
