Since 2022, I have been working as a contract cleaner at VR Janitors, where I have gained valuable experience and developed essential skills in time management, teamwork, and cooperation.One memorable experience I had while working at VR Janitors was when we were assigned to clean a large commercial store within a tight deadline. Despite the challenges, our team collaborated effectively, and I took the initiative to streamline our cleaning process, ensuring that we met the deadline while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This experience reinforced the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.Working within janitorial teams to meet tight deadlines has taught me the importance of effective time management and the value of collaboration.
