Shape based analysis of renal cell carcinomas (RCC)Successfully extracted and quantified shape-based features from a 3D image file into different variables.Utilized extracted features to segregate different tumor grades; grade 12 vs grade 34, and applied differentmachine learning algorithms such as ADABOOST, Random Forest to get ROC curves.Successfully separated tumor based on 8/10 shape quantifies metrics and indicated their importance in gradedetermination.
