• Handling a team of 4 MIS Leads, 8 MIS Executives and 1 Automation Developer for a process of 250+ FTE• Invoice management (Generation\Approvals\Payment processing) of multiple customers• Revenue Projection management (Weekly\monthly\quarterly\yearly)• Revenue Accruals• Developing plans to ensure uninterrupted and smooth business operations, and attainment of budgeted objectives, implementing policies & procedures for the process• Managing reports involving resource mobilization and execution within cost & time parameters; managing processes and risks associated with the same; identifying techniques, preparing, and implementing mitigation plans.• Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level• Ensuring utilization of existing resources and manpower; planning targets, monitoring numbers and achievement of overall targets
