- Build Business strategy and execution plan in close collaboration with Country Lead & global team- Budget & devise a marketing plan for Pilz India subsidiary working in close co-ordination with Global Marketing team- Lead the Marketing team. Responsible for all Marketing Activities - Exhibitions, Conferences, Webinars, New product launches, Digital Marketing & Social media, Print Media and other marketing campaigns. - Focus on Brand positioning and imparting company values to both internal and external customers. - Handling Key Global accounts for value delivery- Product planning, Industry & Region penetration . Develop strategies for high value & critical projects and sync marketing activities accordingly. - Develop & leverage executive relationships at key accounts to help business performance- Develop strategies for new product deployment across the geographical area- Team building, training and competence development among area sales team- Plan value addition customer experience

- Responsible for Sales management for Western India Region- Plan, Develop, & Execute business plans in close co-ordination with Country Lead and deliver financial Performance by region, industry segment and targeted product lines- Lead a team of 5 members of Sales team- Manage retention & growth of major OEMs across West India- Tracking competitor business and develop counter strategies- Develop strategies for Safety Sensor positioning across the country as additional responsibility of product management
