Mechanical Design of Rotary Equipment:- Design high reliability downhole rotary equipment and functional specifications to meet market requirements and compliance to industry and country specific standards - Develop engineering assembly and test documentation, Bill of materials, engineering drawings using Creo - Engineering analysis via engineering calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using AbaqusFailure Analysis:- Apply FMEA, Root Cause Analysis tools- Short and Long term continuous improvement projects to improve reliability of existing productsProject Management:- Identify, plan, propose and drive projects in key opportunity areas such as cost savings by improving product design, qualification of new vendors and new manufacturing processes - Map out and monitor key requirements, risks, scheduling, stakeholders and cost estimates and ensure deliverables are met Engineering Change Management:- Propose robust and cost-effective engineering solutions that minimize impact to business revenue and manufacturing process
