I am currently an advisory board member and strategy consultant in the areas of workforce transformation, ESG and sustainable development. I retired from Infosys as an Executive Vice President after working there for 23 years. As part of the Infosys core team, I worked as a Head of Delivery Operations for US, Canada & LATAM, Group Head of HR, Global Head of Education, Chairman of the Board for Infosys Public Services, and Trustee on the Board of Infosys Foundation USA.I continue to be a champion of innovation in sustainable development and have led a UN workgroup for defining industry-specific metrics for corporates to meet the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).I am excited to be working on workforce transformation and sustainable development that can make a true impact for companies and communities.

 Scaled the Infosys Foundation Training Program from being able to train 4,400 people on a single day to training over 14,000 people on a single day to leverage the new infrastructure that was created.  Re-architected the six month residential program for the 20,000+ fresh engineers that join Infosys and brought in new technology training like cloud computing, business intelligence and mobile application development. Launched the Infosys internship program to reduce the time to billability of fresh engineers resulting in higher offer-to-join rates and reduced training costs. Developed a new competency building program with competency development points for more than 100,000 experienced people to keep their competencies current and relevant to the business needs Established industry-academic partnerships with more than 400 engineering colleges in India through the Infosys Campus Connect Program, which was recognized for creating an ecosystem of capability building. Awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Technology by the Coventry University, UK for creating a unique program through the partnership that helped experienced Infosys employees in India get a Masters Degree without leaving the campus. Launched SPARK as a program run by volunteering employees to raise aspirations of students across India.

 In the 4 years the unit grew more than 5 times in size.  Fueled this growth through service delivery excellence, people development, focused demand fulfillment and responsive changes to client needs. Worked with specific clients to launch “Extreme offering” to increase client value add. During this time, the business unit won the prestigious Infosys Annual Award for Excellence twice for being the best business unit across several parameters – revenue growth, delivery operations, client satisfaction and employee retention. Leveraging the learnings from running this business unit, launched a leadership course “Business of our Business” for every delivery leader to understand the nuts and bolts of the industry. To date, this was the program that had the highest number of senior leadership participation in the company.
