Right now, I happen to be the channel head of Kolkata LIVE - ROSE TV movie channel. With such a short time, Rose TV has become one of the most popular Bengali movie channel in eastern part of the country. Before that, I have successfully played the role of DGM - Marketing & Events in Kolkata TV and Kolkata Live. Its really an exciting experience working in Kolkata TV..such a lovely enviroment and the energy of the people. I had also started my brand management venture FAME since July 1, 2016 and the company has been performing well. And Before that, I was the Programming head of Kolkata TV, 24X 7 Bengali news channel. Before that I was working as the chief copy editor of Calcutta Times, metro supplement of Times of India, India's largest circulated news daily. I had worked in Times Group from 2000 to 2009 and worked in internet division, Education Times and worked on lots of special projects. Times Food Guide in Kolkata is my baby since 2004. After doing lots of political stories, copies on human interest, city development and off beat articles and entertainment, now, my interest is on sports, specifically cricket, football and tennis.From Nov 2009 to July 2016, I was associated with Kolkata TV as Programming head. From July 2016 to July 2018, I was acted as DGM - MarketingFrom July 2018 to present, I am working as the channel head of Kolkata LIve Rose TVSpecialties: Media planning, brand management, Content Management, Revenue planning and business management and Conceptualising the special purpose vehicles for promotions.
