Job Description and Areas of ResponsibilitySpearheading the Company’s Business and Strategic Interests with a focus to achieve volume plan, growth in vol & market share, trade & brand marketing & other distribution parameters . Constantly updating D&A accounts data for claim processing to reduce time to issue credit note and securing proper through puts & maintaining detailed S&D information and budget for increasing sale. Conducting interviews , training of sales force in sales and distribution, Glass Management , Credit Management & Systems Implementation. Formulate & implement Strategic Initiatives in coordination with own Team and different support functions , like market equipments , sales promotions , marketing , finance , logistics etc .Liaising with Brand & Channel team to develop yearly operational plan (AOP) for unit’s promotions on all the priority brands & accounts. Utilizing budget at optimum level & track the spending by element for periodical review process with Head Of Sales and GM .

Handling North 24 Parganas District in West Bengal with a team of 7 Distributors Implementation of sales promotion , budgeting and designing promotions at local level .AchievementsSuccessfully completed Nihar integration in territory within 2 months .Innovation in territory by Visibility through Signages .

Handled Khandesh , part of Marathwada belts of Maharastra (areas like Jalgaon , Dhule , Nandurbar , Nasik , Jalna , Aurangabad , Buldhana districts ) with a team of 24 Distributors for 3.5 yrs .Worked in South Bengal area of West Bengal for almost 1.5 yrs with 16 distributors & 6 sub distributors .AchievementsoReceived the “Best Sales Officer Award” in West region for the year 2001Successfully launched Centreshock , Creamfills , Alpenliebe Lollipop in markets .
