• Budgeting and forecasting annual HR department cost for Nomura India.• Cost monitoring, expense approvals and ensuring adherence to company policies.• Headcount tracking and billing, Joiner/ Leaver / Transfer related activities.• Creating various monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards and analytics for leadership teams.• Managing stakeholder relationships and resolving queries.• Coordinating with controllership team for movement in costs to showcase the variation month on month.• Creating and modifying Business Impact Analysis Documents and Business Continuity Plans.• Responsible for creation and annual refresh of SOW agreements between Nomura India and all global entities.

• Business partnering with senior business leaders in various BUs to drive better business decisions.• Provide insights to enable the business leaders with the ability to perform contingency planning and anticipate the impact of events.• Building financial forecasts using key drivers, trend analysis and external factors.• Perform financial analysis and reporting to support monthly P&L and financial forecast.• Perform monthly/quarterly/annual financial closing activity in co-ordination with the business and accounting team.• Set up measures to improve efficiency and accuracy of cost management to drive overall productivity of the business.• Review and approve business-related purchase/contract requests.• Assist in measuring and reporting on key goals for the business team in a timely manner.• Perform ad-hoc business analysis and financial modeling.• Using financial systems such as Oracle GL, Hyperion & Smartview.
