I manage and run a homework and aftercare centre in Edenvale for our surrounding primary and high schools. We complete all homework and school tasks with the children, communicate with parents daily on individual needs, have structure and routines to empower our children to become independent and and learn good work ethic and integrate on all levels with different children in our community.

Twinkle Toes is owned and managed by myself. I plan, implement and assess all requirements from staffing solutions to Health Department requirements. I manage the educational, physical, social, and nutritional requirements of the children and staff at Twinkle Toes.

As a teacher it was my duty to implement teaching and learning opportunities for children from babies through to Grade R. The overall educational, emotional, social and physical development of the children in my care was my ongoing teaching responsibility. As a supervisor, I needed to care for, instruct and lead the staff assigned to me. I also ensured, to the best of my capabilities, that the school I was employed by was at full capacity and managed efficiently.I was a Monkeynastix Instructor for a short period of time. It was my responsibility to implement various physical development programs incorporating new skills, all to be taught to children aged 2-9 years.
