Human Resources Manager
Current- Develop and deliver first time manager development curriculum that focuses on skill development, knowledge access and to manage within the law
- Identify individual and team development needs, collaborating with executive team leaders to create tailored learning programs that enhance employee competencies
- Run Bi-Weekly manager check-in's to assist with coaching employees, employee relations issues and over all team moral
- Revamp and execute new onboarding curriculum and procedure for the entire organization.
- Develop learning and development initiatives to address skill gaps, promote continuous growth, and contribute to a culture of ongoing learning within the organization
- Implement career mapping and development plans
