As Chief Operations Officer, I specialize in the integration of technology in operational roles in order to leverage time-saving efficiencies and to produce positive performance results by the team. Projects where I have been able to leverage this include:- Able to play a role in the development and professional growth into management roles for more then 15+ individuals. - Grew from 5 locations to 12 locations in three years. This was accomplished even during the period of COVID’s impact on businesses.- Designed, planned and built 6 formal departments from the ground up. These included Accounting, Revenue Cycle Management, Technology and Facility Support, Patient Experience Department, Call Center, and Office Operations. - Built an automated KPI and data analytics dashboard connecting our PMS data to our financial data. This platform drove a 20% increase in revenue as a result of implementation.- Built out a learning and development platform to help onboard team members more efficiently. - Created an international team of more than 40 people working remote across four different business units. - Developed a strong accountability structure within the organization to drive better performance from team members and leadership.

Dentistry Making a DifferenceA five-location dental group that I co-founded in 2016. During my time with this company I have had the opportunity to learn: Entrepreneurship - Co-founded and lead the company from scratch to 4 million in revenue. Our company was ranked as one of the "Top Emerging Groups to Watch" on Group Dentistry Now. Leadership - Lead as CEO a team of 40+ team members by creating our organizational structure and hierarchy, the responsibilities and duties of each team member in the organization, and the KPIs that determined success for each member. Oversaw all aspects of the company including marketing, accounting, finance, and operations. Data Science - Learned, managed, and queried multiple MySQL databases of hundreds of tables to extract necessary operational information. Utilized web scrapers and MySQL queries to automate KPI dashboard and monthly reports in Power BI. Information Technology - Developed and managed an IT system of 60+ workstations and 5 Windows Servers, including the utilization of technical programs such as RDP and OKTA ( a single sign-on solution for our many programs). Business Development - Oversaw and directed a 4-month project on the development of training programs and SOP manuals for every position within our organization utilizing automation and Slack.

During this transition time where I was in the process of starting Dentistry Making a Difference, I created websites for three different companies. I developed all three websites on the Wordpress platform. I was able to use my experience in HTML 5, CSS and Javascript to build the websites.
