I am a tenacious worker, quick on my feet, a fast learner and take enormous pride in my interpersonal skills. I have 10 years of experience in the food & beverage market via the restaurant industry with 5 of those years being at the management level. My focus was primarily FOH, however during covid I began obtaining BOH experience as well. I handled inventory/ordering, training, promotions, merchandise sales, building relationships with vendors, bringing in new ideas to enhance guest retention, conflict resolution whether staff or guests, market to acquire new guests and making sure every guest left happier than when they walked in.
