Reconciled bank statements and floor plan statements for six dealerships and five companies related to the automotive group which held a cash flow of $3,000,000-6,000,000 a month and floor plan inventory of $18,000,000-22,000,000.Calculated and transmitted sales tax information for five different companies to Indiana Department of Revenue.Submitted and reviewed monthly finance and insurance product transactions and reconciled related schedules for three different dealerships.Maintained and updated variance reports in Excel for monthly manager meetings.Reviewed schedules and made general journal entries to maintain accounts.
