I'm primarily responsible for our analytics software and services. I am active in all phases: - Sales - I participate in Pre-Sales planning and demos. I also produce sales related content like verbiage, - Implementation - Client meetings with remote server access to configure the software, which is installed by our DB Analyst. - Training - Both client and reseller training for analytics, nurse call hardware/software, and Admin. - Strategy - My passion! Improving healthcare by identifying KPI's, providing C-Suite strategy's to leverage data, and ultimately prove the measurable results I sell on.Critical Alert, a subsidiary of TigerConnect, was one of the first to market with software based nurse call. We integrate with multiple systems across multiple networks to create efficiencies in clinical workflow, operations, and standardized reporting.

The Blue Pants Program is designed to help hospitals effectively use data to continuously improve. We leverage technology to identify gaps and improve processes that directly impact patient safety and patient/staff satisfaction. We are, of course, easily identifiable by our bright blue pants!I am primarily working with C-Level and Unit Management on best practices to drive process decisions that lead to desired outcomes. I basically leverage our tools and experience in nurse call data analytics to add value to Nurse Leader Rounding, Hourly Rounding, and Performance/Process Improvement processes. This Director position was created to meet the need of our ever expanding base of local clients, as well as to support our national partners, who have begun roadmapping the development of their own Blue Pants Certified specialists.Additional responsibilities include creation and management of Blue Pants Program materials, identification of roadmap and development opportunities, new feature innovation, and am the primary relationship holder to our clients and liaison of their needs to our company!

As a Blue Pants Program Specialist, I use Nurse Call data trends to identify behavioral patterns in patients and staff to help Clinical Leadership make informed decisions about processes that align with industry best practices. I am heavily involved in the complete cycle of the product from both IT and Clinical support beginning with the sale, thru implementation, and ongoing high-touch support. I also continue to help build and expand the "Blue Pants Program," which is the engagement platform for the services we provide to our hospitals.

At a Level 1 Trauma Center, I was responsible for liaising families of patients of the Intensive Care Unit from Admission to Discharge. Responsibilities included daily Leader Rounding on patients and families who have transferred to the floors. I would ensure communication with physicians,surgeons, and nursing. I represented the families, and some patients, in weekly Trauma Team Meeting. I was an active participant on EAG committee, with chairman experience, where we triaged hospital initiatives and prioritized resources. Duties as assigned: Manager of the Visitor Apartment Rental, Junior Volunteer Program, and some Hospital Events thru Administration.
