• Weatherford’s Huntsville MFG facility is strategically the Western Hemisphere supercentre/COE for the company. • I lead a team of 215+ employees in multi-product line manufacturing, servicing US Land, GOM, and International Customers.• Forward-looking approach to anticipate changes in the market and work with my team to make operational adjustments to headcount and capacity.

• This role leveraged my technical background, in-depth knowledge of service equipment, and hands-on attitude toward process improvement and effecting change. • I lead a team of 8 manufacturing engineers and project managers in Facility Optimization Projects, Manufacturing Process Improvements, and focused efforts to improve flow and eliminate waste utilizing Lean Methodologies. • Directed daily activities in Developing Technical Work Instructions with considerations for process safety and quality along with setup and maintenance of Product Cost Structure, BOM, Routing, and Work Centers, with an emphasis on standardization, for a portfolio of 100,000+ distinct part numbers.

Through Weatherford’s comprehensive project-driven Leadership Development Program (LDP), I’ve had the opportunity to be exposed to a diverse manufacturing setting and lead in a team driven environment. I continue to develop technical and leadership skills, meanwhile gaining experience in key areas within Global Supply Chain, including safety, logistics, production, procurement, strategy, materials, finance and inventory management.

Mentored 32 incoming college students in the fundamental principles of engineering and the transition from intermediate education to a successful collegiate carreer.
