Logistics Analyst
CurrentWork with plants, distribution centers, vendors, and freight forwarders in full scale logistical operations for Ingersoll Rand.Analyze logistics data to evaluate process improvements gaps and drive productivity goals in weekly Kaizen meetings. Provide visibility reporting to tighten supply chain defect gaps, advance efficiencies, and meet customer expectations. Resolve vendor issues with appropriate stakeholders that include shipment report data, compliance and non-compliance related challenges.Manage Daily Improvement (MDI) by completing daily Pareto analysis on defects and actively lead problem solving and op-ex execution.Interface weekly with 3PL, internal teams, and preferred transportation service providers to ensure timely material release from Ingersoll Rand distribution centers to receiving locations.Manage Import Controls reporting data that tracks total FCL/LCL transit time for international imports (full transit time breakdown, GSA Routing Guide adherence, and detailed container load information). Present freight forwarder shipment data to Executive Leadership, Material Managers, and Logistics Leaders on weekly Impact Daily Management (IDM) meetings.
