I found my niche managing the logistics and supply chain for a major global fitness tracker company. Ingram Micro was my first go-round in this industry and I didn't know what to expect. What I found is that I love the challenges a customer brings to the table of meeting their requests and demands; offering an indispensable partnership that leads by focusing on efficiency, being cost effective, and the attention to detail. I have learned that it's not just about finishing projects or providing the necessary information in a timely manner. It's also about building a trusting relationship with the customer, to the point that at the end of the day, the customer says "We couldn't do it without him" or "We want him leading us every step of the way."I actively seek out challenges and more responsibility because it's the best way to grow both professionally and personally. One of my goals in every job is to be as reliable as possible to the extent that my colleagues and customers know I will get the job done and they can always rely on me no matter how big the ask.Throughout my time as a BA and Program Manager, I've helped increase revenue and built more stable relationships with our customers. While I had a big hand in a lot of accomplishments, I don't take full credit for them. Every member of my teams has been integral in our customers' success. I have always strived to push my teams to own their tasks, think outside the box, and push themselves to learn as much as possible so we can continue to grow individually and collectively for the business.
